“It’s a Mind Set.
Are these really uncommon times?
Maybe as we take on the ever-changing new information. COVID-19 has rocked us
upside down and every one of us will need to make adjustments to avoid exposure. Yet
according to world history, there are lists of cases where something unexpected and
major occurs which causes massive shifts in our behaviors and how we live. Although
its unexpected for us, it’s not unexpected to the universe. A lot of things may be coming
to an end as of right now, while others are being successfully born due to this change.
The most critical factor to change is re-invention. Admittedly, these extreme conditions
have caused me to think about what’s truly important and how I am looking at things
differently now. How will I be doing what I’m currently doing in a different world? It has
also helped me to be more open-minded and to view things more positively. Don’t get
me wrong, these times are troubling. These times are tough. Some are really in pain
and suffering from this pandemic. We must help those in need and we must help
ourselves to remain positive. Next time your family wants to congregate and play a
game of cards, reconsider delaying your interest to binge on the next Netflix episode
and join your family instead. It’s all about recognizing the experiences and opportunities
you have in front of you and seizing the moment!
The world will be different. Count on it.
